Performance

We Cook
The Competition.

Most torches fail the moment you point them straight down — they sputter, flare, or quit. Our dual-fuel gas torch is engineered for a full 90° downward inversion without dangerous flareups. Complete control with zero compromise.

Full 90° Vertical Operation

The only torch engineered to operate straight down — no flareups, no shutoffs, complete combustion at any angle.

Sure Start Piezo Ignition

First-press ignition every time. No matches, no lighters, no fumbling in the field.

Precision Fuel Control Knob

Hot-forged brass construction with zero play in the knob — dial from a low simmer to full-force jet with exact control.

Premium Materials Throughout

Hot-forged brass fittings, electrophoretic carbon steel barrel — industrial-grade construction, not consumer-grade shortcuts.

Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every torch we make. If you're not satisfied, we make it right — no questions asked.

Reliability

Lights the First Time.
Every Time.

Rated for over 8,000 ignition cycles, our innovative U-shaped ignition system delivers maximum reliability and an optimal flame shape — every single time you pull the trigger.

Dual-Fuel Powerhouse: Choose between propane (3,600°F) or MAP-Pro gas (3,730°F) cylinders with CGA-600 connectors for max power and versatility.

Precision Brass Components

Hot-forged for durability. Precision-machined for exact flame control — from low simmer to full blast — with no play in the knob.

Electrophoretic Steel Barrel

An industrial-grade finish bonded at the molecular level. Thousands of heat cycles. No chips. No fade. No maintenance required.

Finish

These Colors
Don't Run.

The electrophoretic finish on the Victory Forge barrel uses the same coating process found on heavy industrial equipment — bonded to steel at a molecular level through an electrochemical process.

It doesn't chip. It doesn't peel after a season in the garage. It looks the same on the day you retire it as the day you first lit it.

Victor, Montana

Born Under
The Big Sky.

"He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants."

— Psalm 104:4

Victory Forge Torch Co. was born on our family ranch in Victor, Montana. From clearing brush to searing steaks and gathering the family for a late-night bonfire, we wanted to build the best portable gas torch on the market.

We set out with the simple mission to build the sort of product our grandfather would have been proud to own — industrial-grade materials, thoughtful design, and a commitment to stand behind our customers.

We're proud to be an American-owned and family run business making the best torches money can buy!

Victory Forge™ Torch Handle

Model VFTC-PUT — High-Output Dual-Fuel Utility Torch. CGA-600 connector.

User Manual & Safety Guide

Full operating instructions, PPE requirements, troubleshooting, and warranty terms.

Fuel Cylinder — Not Included

Requires 16 oz Propane or 14.1 oz MAP-Pro. Must be DOT-39 compliant with CGA-600 connection. Available at hardware and outdoor retailers.

01

Assembly

1

Check the Seal

Confirm the internal rubber seal is present and seated deep within the brass connector. Do not proceed without it.

2

Close the Valve

Rotate the fuel control knob fully clockwise to the closed position before attaching the cylinder.

3

Thread the Cylinder

Hold cylinder upright. Align threads and hand-tighten clockwise until snug. Do not over-tighten.

4

Soapy Water Test

Apply soapy water to the connection. Bubbles mean a leak — disconnect and re-seat. Never use flame to check.

02

Ignition

1

Clear the Area

Confirm a 15-foot perimeter is clear of bystanders, pets, and all combustibles. Outdoors only.

2

Release the Gas

Slowly rotate the fuel control knob counter-clockwise approximately ¼ turn until you hear a faint gas flow.

3

Ignite

Direct the nozzle away from your body. Squeeze the ignition trigger once. Listen for an audible "click."

4

Set the Flame

Rotate the fuel control knob to your desired intensity — from low precision sear to full-force jet.

03

Shutdown

1

Seal the Valve

Rotate the fuel control knob fully clockwise to a firm stop. This immediately cuts fuel and extinguishes the flame.

2

Safe Cooling Stand

Set torch vertically on the cylinder base. Allow 3–5 minutes for the nozzle to cool before disconnecting.

3

Disconnect the Cylinder

Always unscrew the fuel cylinder after every use. Never store with a cylinder attached — the valve knob is not a permanent lock.
